30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any item that is unused, unopened, and undamaged in its original sealed packaging.

To start a return, please reach out to us using our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.

Manufacturer Damage

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, we’ll issue a full refund once the damage is verified.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Hygiene Standards

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on any product that has been opened, even if lightly used.

That said, your satisfaction matters - if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us using our Contact Form and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items damaged by misuse or not returned in original condition
  • Items purchased on sale or using a gift card (final sale, no returns or refunds)

How to Return

  1. Fill out our Contact Form to request a Return Authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original sealed packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our email response.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
